Your Diggers Account is your central hub for managing your orders and preferences.
Key Information:
Changing Shipping Address: You can update your shipping address directly in your account. Important: Address changes are only possible as long as your order has not entered the "Preparation" stage. Once a parcel is being processed by our warehouse, we can no longer modify the delivery details.
Payment Processing: For pre-orders, your card is debited at the time of purchase to secure your copy and fund the artist's production.
Invoices: You can download your invoices at any time directly from the "My Orders" section of your account. (This will go live shortly, please contact us in the meantime, if you wish to receive your invoice and we will send it to you via email)
Legal Basis & Terms:
Legal Responsibility & Data Privacy: The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that all personal information and delivery addresses provided are accurate and up to date at the time of order. Diggers Factory cannot be held liable for delivery failures, lost parcels, or any additional shipping costs (including return-to-sender and re-dispatch fees) resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Diggers Factory reserves the right to cancel and refund any order if the customer fails to provide valid and complete shipping details upon request.
