Pre-orders and standard orders
Please note that many items available on Diggers Factory are pre-orders. If you ordered a vinyl or product currently in pre-order, it is normal that it has not shipped immediately: your item is either being pressed, printed, or prepared in production.

How to locate your order once shipped
As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, you can find your tracking information in two ways:
Confirmation Email: An automated shipping confirmation email will be sent to you with a direct link to track your parcel. (Please make sure to check your Spam / Junk folder if you don't see it in your inbox)
Diggers Account: You can also track your shipment live by logging into your account under the My Orders section.
Key Information & Delivery Notes
Tracking Activation: It can take 24 to 48 hours for the tracking link to update once you receive your shipping notification.
Delivery Timelines: Shipping times vary depending on the destination and the selected carrier. Please refer to the estimated timelines provided by the carrier link.
Status "Delivered" but not received: If your tracking shows as "Delivered" but you have not received your package:
Please first check around your residence (neighbors, building receptionist, or your local post office), as parcels are sometimes left in a safe place or handed to a third party.
If you still cannot locate your parcel, please contact our support team at contact@diggersfactory.com. We will gladly assist you in launching an investigation with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Legal Basis & Terms: Diggers Factory is responsible for the preparation and handover of the parcel to the carrier. Once the tracking shows "Delivered," the transfer of risk is considered complete. Any claim for a parcel marked as delivered but not received must be supported by an official "non-receipt" declaration from the carrier.
