How can I locate my order?

As soon as your order is dispatched, you have two ways to find your tracking information:

  1. Confirmation Email: You will receive an automated email from us as soon as the order was dispatched with a link containing your tracking order. Please be sure to check your inbox and your Spam/Junk folder.

  2. Diggers Account: Your tracking number is also visible directly in your Diggers Account under the "My Orders" section.

Key Information:

  • Tracking Activation: It can take up to 24 to 48 hours for the tracking link to become active once you receive the notification.

  • Delivery Times: These vary depending on the destination and the carrier selected. Please refer to the estimated timelines provided by the carrier.

  • Status "Delivered" but not received: If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you do not have the parcel, please first check with your neighbors or your local post office.

Legal Basis & Terms: Diggers Factory is responsible for the preparation and handover of the parcel to the carrier. Once the tracking shows "Delivered," the transfer of risk is considered complete. Any claim for a parcel marked as delivered but not received must be supported by an official "non-receipt" declaration from the carrier.
