By purchasing a product on pre-order, you are supporting a creative project and the manufacturing of an item (Vinyl, CD, Cassette, or Merch) that is not yet in stock. This process involves specific production and quality milestones.
Key Information:
Estimated Shipping Date: The date shown on the product page is our best estimate based on current production schedules. It is provided for informational purposes only.
The Production Journey: Manufacturing physical media and merchandise is a complex process. Delays can occur due to various unforeseen factors, including:
Validation Steps: Every project requires approval from the artist or label. For example, sound samples (test pressings) or merchandise prototypes must be reviewed to ensure they meet the artist's vision. If a sample is rejected, it must be reproduced, which adds to the timeline.
Supply Chain & Raw Materials: Shortages in raw materials (paper for booklets, specific textiles for merch, or components for physical media) can occasionally slow down the process.
Logistical Fluctuations: Global shipping and factory capacity can be unpredictable, especially during peak production periods.
Notification: You will receive an automated email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our warehouse (please make sure to check your Spam). You can also monitor your order status directly in your Diggers Account.
Legal Basis & Terms: By participating in a pre-order campaign, the customer acknowledges that the shipping date provided is an estimate and not a contractual guarantee. While Diggers Factory commits to delivering the product as soon as possible, production fluctuations do not constitute a breach of contract and do not automatically entitle the customer to compensation.
Cancellation & Refunds: You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before the order preparation for dispatch begins. This can be done directly through your Diggers Account. Once the order has moved to the "Preparation" or "Shipped" status, the standard return policy (as outlined here) will apply, and the customer must wait to receive the item before initiating a return request.
