Windows 10 has a confusing way of handling compressed files. Double-clicking on a compressed (zipped) file opens the zip file contents in what looks like regular files in Windows File Explorer. It looks like you can simply double-click on the setup.exe file and install the program. This is not the case. You must first EXTRACT the files, and then run the setup.
