Q What are Diligentsia Expansion Packs?

Diligentsia has created a number of additional modules, some of which you may require for your business and its circumstances, some of which you won’t. They can be purchased as needed and added to your subscription plan. You will require a Pro subscription to access these additional modules. You can find out more on on each one currently available on your Company Dashboard. We have more planned. There are Function Expansion Packs and Industry Expansion Packs.

Q Are the checklists pre-populated?

Yes. Some of the answers are pre-populated where we are able to access that information.

Q Do investors require this?

Some of the packs cover areas which will be subject to due diligence - such as the Warranty Disclosure Schedule, and the Directors' Questionnaires - others will benefit your business in others ways by undertaking an in depth review of a particular area of your business and making recommendations specific to it.

Q Do I need to complete this module in order to obtain Diligentsia certification?

Whilst you can obtain bronze (basic) certification without purchasing any expansion packs, the Directors Questionnaire Expansion Pack and the Warranty Disclosure Expansion Pack, these packs are necessary for you to advance to silver (potentially investible) and gold (sophisticated) certification.

Q How much does these Expansion Pack modules cost?

They vary in price depending upon their content. You can obtain more information on a particular expansion pack by clicking on the info icon on the top left of each module on the Company Dashboard.

Q Are expansion packs included in my Diligentsia Pro subscription?

No, they are extra. But you need to be a Diligentsia Pro subscriber to access it.

Q Can I subscribe to a expansion pack if I am a Diligentsia Lite subscriber?

No, unfortunately you require a Diligentsia Pro subscription.

Q Why are the expansion packs so expensive?

We believe that completion of these packs, compared to getting an external consultancy to complete them represents very good value for money. Particularly since it is bespoke to your company, stage of growth and industry.

Q Why should I complete expansion packs in advance of investment or exit?

Being prepared in advance of investment or exit will speed up that process. Furthermore, self-auditing in advance of investment or exit gives you a chance to resolve any issues uncovered within your team by the checklist. Implementing its recommendations will strengthen your business in any event.

Q Are the expansion packs bespoke to my company?

Yes, where relevant our packs are tailored to your particular company, the industry within which it operates, its stage of development and its company objectives.

Q What is a function expansion pack?

Function Expansion Packs are expansion pack modules that assist with reviewing and receiving recommendations on functional aspects of your business – such as software development processes, or activities around Environmental, Social and Governmental.

Q What is an industry expansion pack?

Industry Expansion Packs are expansion pack modules that assist with reviewing and receiving recommendations in relation to your business sector such as insurance or retailing. We create bespoke packs for any of the over 700 industry sectors.

Q: Why can’t I see the Expansion Packs on my Company Dashboard?

A: Expansion Packs are only available to users with a Diligentsia Pro subscription. Upgrade your subscription if you're on the Lite plan.
