No. Certification requires additional modules available only on the Pro plan (and above).
Can I access Expansion Packs on Lite?
No. Expansion Packs are only available to Pro subscribers. If you require Expansion Packs, you must upgrade to Pro.

Can I downgrade from Lite to Free?
No. Downgrades are not permitted. If you do not renew your Lite subscription, your account will revert to the Free Plan, and certain features will no longer be accessible.
Troubleshooting
I upgraded from Free to Lite but do not see new features
Refresh your dashboard or log out and back in. If the issue persists, contact support.
Why can’t I access Expansion Packs?
Expansion Packs require a Pro subscription.
Why can’t I achieve certification?
Certification modules are available only on the Pro plan.
My Data Repository is not syncing
Ensure your cloud provider is correctly connected.
If the issue persists, reconnect the integration or contact support.
I cannot generate a report
Ensure required modules are completed. Refresh your dashboard. If still unresolved, contact support.
How do I add team members?
Go to: Company Settings > User Permissions
Assign roles as appropriate.
What happens if I do not renew?
Your account reverts to the Free Plan.
Access to Lite-only features will be removed.
