Q What is Diligentsia Lite?

Diligentsia Lite is our entry level plan with access to Data Repository and Business Audit. For all its features please see Diligentsia Plans & Pricing here.

Q: How much does Diligentsia Lite cost?

Diligentsia Lite, our entry level subscription, costs £5 per month on a minimum 12-month subscription, payable upfront.

Q: Can I upgrade from Diligentsia Lite?

Yes - you can upgrade to Diligentsia Pro at any time by clicking the upgrade buttons on the Company Dashboard or via the Company Index.

Q: Can I upgrade to Diligentsia Lite?

Yes - you can upgrade to Diligentsia Lite from Diligentsia FREE at any time by clicking the upgrade buttons on the Company Dashboard, or via the Company Index, or within Company Settings.

Q: Can i upgrade to Diligentsia Pro at any time?

Yes, you can upgrade to Diligentsia Pro at any time.

Q: Who is Diligentsia Lite aimed at?

Diligentsia Lite is aimed at smaller, early-stage companies with between 1 and 5 employees.

Q: What features are included in Diligentsia Lite?

Q: How do the features compare between Diligentsia Lite and Diligentsia Pro?

Q: Do I still benefit from the AI bespeaking of the Diligentsia platform if I am on the Diligentsia Lite plan?

Yes you do. We hope you will be sufficiently impressed to upgrade to Pro.

Q: Can I still achieve Diligentsia certification with Diligentsia Lite?

No. There are additional modules required for certification which are only available in the Diligentsia Pro plan.

Q: I want access to the Expansion Packs, should i purchase the Lite plan?

No. The Expansion packs are only accessible to users on the Pro plan and above. If you want access to the Expansion Packs, you can purchase the Pro plan.

Q: Can i get the Diligentsia Certification on the Lite Plan?

No, you can only get the Diligentsia Certification on the Pro plan and other higher plans.

Q: What’s the difference between the Lite and Free Plans?

Lite includes more features like Data Repository and Business Audit, while the Free Plan offers basic insights.

Q: Can I use the Filing Assistant with Lite?

Yes, Lite Plan users can access the Filing Assistant.

Q: Does the Lite Plan provide access to the 2-Minute Test?

Yes, it includes access to the 2-Minute Test.

Q: Is customer support included in Lite?

Yes. 24/7 customer support is available through our bot which you can access with the button on the bottom right of our website or you can also send an email to support@diligentsia.co.uk.

Q: Does Lite include reporting features?

Yes, you can generate and review business reports.

Q: Can I share data externally with Lite?

Yes, file sharing features are available for external stakeholders.

Q: How secure is my data in the Lite Plan?

Diligentsia follows strict security protocols to protect user data. The data of all users in all plans are securely protected.

Q: Can I access the Data Repository on multiple devices?

Yes, the Data Repository is accessible across devices.

Q: Does Lite offer file sync from cloud services?

Yes, you can sync files from services like Drive, Dropbox and SharePoint.


Troubleshooting

Q: Why can’t I access certain features on the Lite Plan?

A: Some features, like Expansion Packs and Certification Modules, are only available on the Pro Plan. Upgrade to Pro to access these features.

Q: How do I upgrade from Lite to Pro?

A: Go to your Company Dashboard or Company Index and click the "Upgrade" button. Follow the prompts to complete the process.

Q: I upgraded from Free to Lite, but I don’t see any new features. What should I do?

A: Refresh your dashboard or log out and log back in. If the issue persists, contact support at support@diligentsia.co.uk.

Q: Can I downgrade from Lite to Free?

A: No, downgrades are not allowed. However, you can remain on the Lite Plan until your subscription expires.

Q: Why can’t I access the Expansion Packs on Lite?

A: Expansion Packs are only available on the Pro Plan and above. Upgrade to Pro to access them.

Q: Does Lite include certifications?

A: No, certifications are only available on the Pro Plan.

Q: How do I use the Filing Assistant with Lite?

A: Go to the Data Repository, upload your files, and let the Filing Assistant organize them into the appropriate folders.

Q: Can I sync files from my cloud storage on Lite?

A: Yes, file syncing with Drive, Dropbox, and SharePoint is available.

Q: Why is my Data Repository not syncing with my cloud provider?

A: Ensure your cloud account is connected correctly. If the issue persists, re-establish the connection or contact support.

Q: How do I access customer support on Lite?

Q: What happens if I don’t renew my Lite subscription?

A: Your account will revert to the Free Plan with limited features, and some data may no longer be accessible.

A: Yes, benchmarking is available for your company and supported industries.
