No - accepting a user registration from an owner invite email is free.

Yes - if you are an account "owner" on the platform, you can set permission/limit access for each section within a module via Company Settings > User Permissions or click here. Sections that are not available to another user can still be seen in the module index, but they are "greyed out".

Yes - if you are an account "owner" on the platform, you can set access or denial from to your company's Data Room in your cloud provider, but this is binary - you can either give permission to the whole of your Diligentsia data room or none at all.
