Q What is the Diligentsia Free plan?
Diligentsia Free plan is our plan on which users trying us out via the 2-minute test from the home page (as opposed to the dashboard 2-minute test) are started. Under this plan you get to keep your 2-Minute Test report and FREE bonus KPI report. You can then upgrade from this plan subsequently. Click on register now and complete the registration process and you'll be take to your company dashboard. You can then keep your reports.
Q How do I subscribe for the Free Plan?
If you complete the 2-Minute Test accessed from the Diligentsia website home page, and register at the end of the process, you will be automatically enrolled on the Free Plan. Or, you can register immediately from the website homepage for the FREE plan.
Q Are there any catches with the Diligentsia Free Plan?
No. There are no catches with the Diligentsia Free Plan. It really is free! We are confident that when you see the value add features of the other plans, you will choose to upgrade.
Q: Can I upgrade from the Free Plan?
Yes. You can upgrade from the free plan to Diligentsia Lite or Diligentsia Pro. Go to our Plans & Subscriptions on how to do it.

Q: I completed the 2-Minute Test but wasn’t enrolled in the Free Plan. What should I do?

Q: Why can’t I access the Business Audit or Data Repository on the Free Plan?
A: These features are only available on the Lite and Pro plans. Upgrade to access them.
Q: Is the Free Plan truly free? Are there hidden charges?
A: Yes, the Free Plan is completely free. There are no hidden charges.
Q: Can I add team members to my account on the Free Plan?
A: Yes, you can add team members.
