Step 6: Basic Daily Operations

Every day

Just remember to ask each customer if they are a member so that you register each purchase against each member. For those who are not yet a member, ask them to register so they can start receiving their benefits.

The program will run automatically without you needing to do anything else on a daily basis.

Send SMS

To send an SMS, click on Send SMS, type your message, choose when to send it, then click Calculate and prepare SMS. It cannot be any simpler.

Create a campaign

Campaigns can be done in two ways:

  • If you have a campaign where the customer can buy something once within a set timeframe, use the Campaign module.

  • Or if you have an offer where the customer can buy multiple times within a timeframe, then create a coupon, and then send an SMS to inform your members about the offer.

Reports & performance

In the Dashboard you can follow the member balance (opt-ins and opt-outs), and see the movement in your member base per year, month, week, and day — as well as which department or store is recruiting the most members.
