How to reward a customer?

In the retailer panel, you can choose to reward a customer with an SMS campaign. The customer then receives a coupon they can use in the store and possibly in the online store

Step 1 | Search for the member and click "edit"

  1. Log in to the retail panel: https://diller.app/retailer/login

  2. Go to "Memberbase".

  3. Search for the member you want to reward.

  4. Click on "Edit" on the member on the far right.

Step 2 | Reward the member

  1. Click on "Reward"

  2. Create the desired coupon in the first step and click on "Next step".

  3. Create the SMS message that is sent to the customer in the second step, and click on "Calculate and publish campaign".

  4. Clicik on "Calculate and publish campaign" to send it to the customer.
    ​

  5. Then confirm with "Yes, send message!"
