Why am I not seeing orders? How do I get more work?

What to check if you are not seeing orders in the Dispatch driver app, including the Online toggle, preferences, and market availability.

If you are not seeing orders in your app, or you want to increase the number of opportunities coming your way, here is what to check.

Make sure you are toggled Online

Your online status resets to Offline automatically after 48 hours of inactivity. You have to manually toggle yourself back Online each time. Look for the Online/Offline toggle in the top right corner of the app. If you are toggled Offline, you will not receive any order offers.

Keep the app open and respond quickly

Order offers go to available drivers fast. The quicker you accept, the more likely you are to receive future offers. Drivers who accept consistently are prioritized in the order queue.

Check your vehicle and preference settings

Orders are matched to drivers based on vehicle type and capacity. If your vehicle settings are incorrect or your preferences are too narrow, you may be missing eligible orders. Review your settings under your profile in the app.

Understand that market volume varies by area and time

Order volume is driven by customer demand in your market. Some areas and times of day are busier than others. If you are online and not seeing orders, this is often normal. Dispatch is actively working to grow demand across all markets.
