Dispatch pays out earnings on a weekly basis. Here is how it works and what to do if something looks off.
When do I get paid?
Earnings from completed orders are paid out weekly. Payouts are processed and typically deposited within 2 to 3 business days after the pay period closes. You will receive a notification when your payout is on its way.
How do I use Instant Pay?
Dispatch offers an Instant Pay option that lets you cash out earnings before the regular weekly cycle. To use it, open the app, go to your Earnings section, and tap Instant Pay. A small fee applies per transfer. Instant Pay is available once per day and requires a minimum balance.
How do I see what I earned on a specific order?
Open the completed order in your app and tap on it to view the earnings breakdown. This will show your base pay, any weight bonuses, add-on service earnings, and wait time reimbursements that were approved.
What if my payout amount looks wrong?
If your earnings do not match what you expected, check the following first:
Was your adjustment request approved? Incomplete requests are denied.
Was the order fully completed with all required app swipes?
Did you claim wait time in the app for the correct amount?
If everything looks correct on your end and you still believe there is an error, contact Dispatch Support through the in-app chat or email drivercare@dispatchit.com with your order number and a description of the discrepancy. Include as much detail as possible.
How do I request a payout adjustment?
Adjustments must be submitted within the same business day the order is completed. Open the completed order, tap Contact Support, and select Request an Adjustment. Incomplete requests will be denied, so make sure you include the name of anyone who approved additional services, clear details of what happened, and any supporting photos.
Live Support hours: Monday through Friday 5am to 6pm CST, Saturday 7am to 8pm CST, and Sunday 7am to 4pm CST. For non-urgent questions outside of those hours, email drivercare@dispatchit.com and we typically respond within a day or two.
