Your administrator will first need to help you setup a user and give your user access to a VDI. If you are unsure about any of this, please reach out to your administrator.
If You are a MAC User You Will need Microsoft Remote Desktop
Open the Apple App Store and download the free application

If this is your first login and you need to setup MFA see:
Navigate to the desired stack. Stacks → <Desired Stack> → Desktops
Click
Reserveto reserve a desktop for your user.
After your desktop is reserved click
Quick Connect. This will download an RDP session and copy your guest-user password to your clipboard.
navigate to the downloaded RDP session and launch it. It will be named
guest-user_<IP Address>.rdpYou may be prompted to connect. Click
connectand paste your password into the appropriate field. You can copy the password from the console again using the copy button next to the password, if need-be.You may get a pop-up asking you if you want to connect to an unknown host. Click
yesand you will be connected to your virtual desktop.
