This is only necessary if you have a separate Klarna account. If you are accepting Klarna payments directly through Shopify payments or Stripe, we would only need access to Shopify or Stripe.
To integrate Klarna with Disputifier, follow these steps:
Send a User Invite: Log into your Klarna Merchant Portal and send a user invite to onboarding@disputifier.com.
Notify Disputifier Support: After sending the invite, contact Disputifier’s chat support and provide the following details:
Your store URL or business name
The username you assigned to Disputifier
This ensures our team can quickly verify and complete the integration process.
We recommend assigning Disputifier the necessary permissions to view and manage disputes. If you're unsure which permissions to select, our support team can guide you during the onboarding process.
