How to integrate Maxio Payments with Disputifier

Step 1: Access the Admin Portal

  1. Sign in to your Maxio Payments account.

  2. Navigate to:
    Admin / SettingsUsers (or Team Management)


Step 2: Create an Appropriate Role

  1. Go to the Roles or Permissions section.

  2. Click Add Role and name it something descriptive, e.g., Disputifier Integration.

  3. Assign the following permissions:

    • Process Refunds – to initiate refunds through invoices or subscriptions docs.maxio.com+3maxio.com+3developers.maxio.com+3

    • View & Export Dispute/Chargeback Data – so Disputifier can download chargeback reports

    • Manage Disputes/Chargebacks – enabling us to respond to disputes directly

Save the role.


Step 3: Invite the Disputifier User

  1. Back in the Users section, click Invite User (or Add User).

  2. Enter:

    • Email: onboarding@disputifier.com

    • Role: Select the Disputifier Integration role you just created

    • Status: Active

  3. Click Send Invitation

We will receive an email to accept the invite and log in.


Step 4: Verify and Finalize Access

After they accept:

  • Check the Users list to ensure onboarding@disputifier.com shows as Active with the correct role.

  • Contact us through our live chat option to conform that you've sent the invite.
