How to integrate BlueSnap with Disputifier

1. Log In to Your BlueSnap Merchant Portal


2. Go to “Users & Roles”

  • In the left menu, navigate to:
    Settings → Users → Users & Roles


3. Create a New Role (if needed)

To ensure Disputifier only gets the necessary permissions:

Click: Roles → Add New Role

Name it something like:
Disputifier Access Role

Then check these permissions:

  • View Transactions

  • Issue Refunds

  • View Disputes / Chargebacks

  • Export Dispute Data

  • Respond to Chargebacks (if listed explicitly; otherwise "Manage Disputes")

💡 If you're unsure, select all dispute/chargeback-related permissions and refund-related ones.

Click Save when done.


4. Invite Disputifier as a User

  1. Go to the Users tab

  2. Click Add New User

  3. Fill in the user invite:

    • Email: onboarding@disputifier.com

    • Role: Select the role you just created (Disputifier Access Role)

    • User Type: Standard User (unless otherwise required)

    • Ensure status is set to Active

  4. Click Send Invite


5. Confirm the Invite Was Sent

  • You'll see onboarding@disputifier.com in your Users list.

  • Reach out to our support team through the live chart option to confirm that your invite was received.
