Editing an order that has not been sent to production
Go to the Orders screen in the app and select the order you wish to edit.
To add or update the table number assigned to the order:
Press the Table number in the top left corner of the cart
Select a table
To add a customer to the order:
Press the Customer button
Select a customer
Press Save to link them to the order
To update the guest count:
Press the Guest button
Enter a new guest count
Press OK
To add an order note:
Press the Order note button
Enter the order note
Press Save
Edit the order note by pressing the Edit button on the note
To update the order type, open the cash drawer, or add loyalty to the order:
Press the Order number arrow button in the top right corner of the cart
Press each button respectively

To cancel items on sent orders:
To cancel an order that has been sent to production:
Press the Order number arrow in the top right corner
Press Clear order
Enter a reason for clearing the order
Press Clear
Note: When an order or an item in an order is cancelled, a cancelled order/item docket will be printed to production. All other update functions that can be performed on unsent orders can also be performed on sent orders.
