Add and manage orders to a table

Adding to a table

Via the table's menu

  1. Click Tables

  2. Click on the table you want to assign the order to

  3. Create your order in the checkout screen, then press Send> to assign it to the table

Via making an order

  1. On the checkout screen, choose your items to make the order

  2. Click Tables

  3. Choose the table from the table screen

  4. Enter the number of guests. Click OK

  5. Click Send>

Table management

  1. From the tables menu click Manage

  2. Select the table

  3. From here we can;

    1. See what orders have been made to this table

    2. split the order

    3. click Transfer to move this order to another table. Select the order and press Continue

To transfer an order

  1. Click Transfer

  2. Select the table the customer would like to transfer from

  3. Select the table the customer would like to transfer to

To merge orders

  1. Click Merge

  2. Select the two tables you would like merge

  3. From the pop up you can see the table. numbers in the upper left corners

  4. Transfer items either way between the tables by clicking the arrows <>

  5. Click Save

Printing tables

  1. Click Print

  2. Select the table/s to print

  3. Click Print
