Common Issues
Issue | Cause | Resolution |
Background not updating after save | Browser cache | Perform a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R or Cmd+Shift+R) |
Image looks stretched or blurry | Incorrect dimensions or low resolution | Use a 1920 x 1080 px image in a supported format |
Upload rejected | Unsupported file format (e.g., WEBP) | Convert the image to JPG, JPEG, or PNG before uploading |
Notes
JPG, JPEG, and PNG are supported. WEBP and other formats are not supported.
1920 x 1080 px is the recommended image size for clear rendering across screen sizes.
For white-label partner deployments, the custom background enables seamless visual integration under the partner's brand.
