Upload a custom logo to align Docupath with your organisation's visual identity across the platform interface.
When to Use
Initial tenant setup
Company rebranding
White-label partner deployments
Prerequisites
Admin role in Docupath
Logo file in SVG or PNG format
Steps
Step 1: Open System Settings
Navigate to Settings > System Settings.
Step 2: Locate the Branding Section
Find the Branding / Logo section on the page.
Step 3: Upload Your Logo
Drag and drop your logo file into the upload area, or click Browse to select a file.
Step 4: Follow Recommended Specifications
Format | Recommendation |
SVG | Preferred — crisp rendering across all screen sizes |
PNG | Use 300 x 120 px minimum for clarity |
Step 5: Save
Click Save to apply the new logo.
Step 6: Verify the Update
If the logo does not appear immediately, ask users to perform a hard refresh in their browser (cached images can delay updates).
Expected Outcome
The custom logo is displayed across the platform interface, visible to all users in the tenant.
Common Issues
Issue | Cause | Resolution |
Logo not updating after save | Browser cache | Perform a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R or Cmd+Shift+R) |
Blurry logo | Low resolution file | Use SVG or a higher resolution PNG |
Logo appears too large or too small | Incorrect dimensions | Follow the 300 x 120 px recommendation for PNG files |
Notes
SVG is the preferred format for consistent rendering across all device sizes.
For white-label partner deployments, the custom logo enables seamless visual integration under the partner's brand.
