Voici la traduction en anglais de ton texte :These insights help you track learner engagement and progress while optimizing their training journey.

Steps to access course statistics :

  1. Open the Statistics Menu : Open the drop-down menu and select Statistics.

By default, you will land on the learner statistics page. To view course statistics, click on Courses.

  2. Course overview :

On this page, you will find key indicators to track course performance:

    • Total number of enrollments: Displays the total number of learners enrolled in courses on your platform.

    • Engagement rate: Indicates the percentage of active learner participation in courses.

    • Completion rate: The percentage of courses completed by learners.

    • Average enrollments per course: Shows the average number of learners per course on the platform.

Below this section, you will find a detailed list of courses with additional information, including the title, start date, end date, number of participants, engagement percentage, and completion rate for each course.

  3. Export course statistics :

    • To download a summary table of your courses, click the Export Excel button. You will receive a file detailing the statistics for each course.

  4. View a specific course’s details :

    • To get insights on a particular course, click on its Title. This will take you to detailed statistics for that course.

  5. Individual Learner Statistics

    • On the selected course page, click on a learner’s Name to view their personal statistics.

  6. Module statistics within a course :

    • You can also access statistics for the modules included in a course. Further down on the same page, click on the Module Name to view specific details.

Information: When you click on a module title, the displayed statistics correspond to the module within the course, not the module’s general statistics.

Once inside the module statistics, you will see a summary of the questions asked, including each question statement.

  • For each question, you will find precise data, such as the total number of respondents and the percentage of correct answers, represented by a green progress bar. This allows you to quickly visualize the success rate for each question.

  • You can also export a general report by clicking on the Export button. This report includes the number of answers given and the percentage of correct responses.

At the bottom of the module statistics page, a participant summary table provides detailed learner data, including:

  • Learner’s first and last name

  • Course associated with the module

  • Progress status (Started, Completed)

  • Module score (if applicable)

  • Time spent on the module

  • Number of attempts to complete the module

  • Completion date

These insights help track individual learner progress and identify those facing difficulties. You also have the option to export this data by clicking on Export (General Report) or obtaining a detailed report by selecting Detailed Report.

By leveraging course statistics, you can evaluate strengths and areas for improvement, track success rates, and adjust content based on learner needs.

Now, you have full control over accessing and analyzing course statistics on the Dokeos LMS platform.
