Whether you need to download an individual certificate or export all certificates for a course or a group, this tutorial provides detailed instructions to help you complete this task efficiently. Extracting certificates is essential for administrators and trainers who want to validate and archive learners' training progress.
1. Access the Statistics Section
From your dashboard, start by clicking on Statistics in the main menu. In the Statistics section, select Reports, then go to the Certificates tab. This tab allows you to search for and extract all certificates related to your courses.
2. Access Certificate Reports
In the Statistics section, select Reports, then go to the Certificates tab. This tab allows you to search for and extract all certificates linked to your courses.
3. Enter search criteria :
In the Certificates section, you will need to fill in search criteria to refine your results. You can specify the following information:
Course: Select the course for which you want to extract certificates.
Portal: If you manage multiple portals, choose the relevant one.
Groups: Filter by group if you want to extract certificates for a specific group.
4. Search for certificates :
Once you have entered the necessary information, click on Search for Certificates. The system will then display all certificates matching your defined criteria.
5. Download an individual certificate :
To download a specific certificate, locate the cloud-shaped icon next to each certificate. Click on it to obtain the document in PDF format.
6. Export all certificates at once :
If you want to download all certificates at once, click on the Export all Certificates button. A ZIP file containing all certificates will be generated. You can download this file for centralized access to all certificates.
