This tutorial will guide you step-by-step to access and review the list of emails you have sent through the Dokeos LMS platform.

This feature is particularly useful for tracking your communication history, verifying deliveries, and identifying potential issues.

Steps to Follow

1. Log in to the platform as an administrator.

2. In the main menu, click on the Settings tab, then select the Email Sent section. A summary table of all emails sent through the platform will appear.

3. Analyze the email table:
The table provides detailed information for each email, such as :

  • Subject: The subject of the email.

  • Recipient: The primary email address of the recipient.

  • Sent Date: The date and time the email was sent.

  • Status: The delivery status (Delivered, Clicked, Opened, etc.).

4. Filter and search emails (optional).

  • Search for specific emails by recipients using the search bar.

  • Filter the results by date and status to easily find the desired emails.
