This tutorial will guide you through the steps to manage pre-configured email templates on your platform.

These templates automate email communications with your users for various scenarios (e.g., training enrollment, password reset).

Steps to Follow

1. Log in to the portal and use the administrator role

2. Navigate to the main menu, click Settings, and select Email Templates to manage pre-configured templates.

3. Review Existing Templates :

Once in the Email Templates section, you will see a list of available templates. For each template, you can view:

  • Event: The situation that triggers the email (e.g., "Training Enrollment").

  • Actions: The available actions for the template, such as editing the email configuration.

4. Edit a Template:

  • Click the Edit icon (represented by a pencil) next to the template you wish to customize.

5. Customize the Template:


You can modify the following elements:

  • Email Subject: Update the email subject line.

  • Introduction: Add or modify the email's introduction. Use the text editor to format the content (e.g., bold, italics) and insert variables to personalize the email for each recipient.

6. Save Your Changes:


After making your edits, click Save to apply the changes.

By following these steps, you can easily personalize email templates to enhance communication with your users. Proper customization allows you to maintain a professional and personalized tone across automated emails.
