Make sure you have an Administrator role to perform these actions. Follow the instructions below, using the numbers shown in the screenshot for easy navigation.
For each user, you will be able to see:
Profile Picture: An image associated with the user.
Email Address: The user's contact email.
Roles: The roles assigned to the user on the platform (Learner, Admin, Trainer, Group Leader).
1. Access the Users Page :
Login: Sign in to Dokeos LMS with your administrator account.
Go to the Users Menu: From the left-hand sidebar, click on Users, then select Users again. This will take you to the page listing all platform users.
2. Choose a User View :
Change View: Use the view selection button to switch between the default view and the list view, depending on your preference for displaying users.
3. Import Users :
Bulk Import: Click the dedicated button to import users in bulk using an Excel file. Prepare your file with the required information and follow the platform’s import instructions.

4. Manage Users :
Contact All Users: Click the appropriate button to send a message to all users directly from the platform.
Reinvite All Users: Reinvite users who have not yet accepted their invitation to join the platform.
Export Users: Use the export button to generate an Excel file with all user details. This is helpful for backup or data analysis.
5. Search for Users :
Use the Search Bar to find users by entering their first or last name.
6. Filter Users :
Click on the Filters button to apply saved filters. This will help you segment users based on various criteria.
