Add a certificate to a training course in Dokeos LMS
Here’s how to add a certificate to a training course, whether it’s a new course or an already published one.
Add a certificate to a new training course
Go to Step 3: Additional Settings.
Click on "Select a Certificate".
If you have already imported the certificate into the portal, select an existing template from the certificate library.
If you haven’t added the certificate yet, select "Add a template". You can find the steps for creating and importing certificates in this article.
Once the template is selected, click "Select".
If the certificate is conditional on a score, define the minimum score threshold required to obtain the certificate.
Add a certificate to an already published training course
Go to the relevant training course.
Click on the pencil icon to edit the course settings.
Go to Step 3, then follow the same steps as for a new course.
Add a certificate to a learning path
Go to the relevant learning path.
Click on the pencil icon to edit the learning path.
At the bottom of the page, click on "Select a certificate".
Select an use a template, then click "Select".
If you haven’t added the certificate yet, select "Add a template". You can find the steps for creating and importing certificates in this article.
Note: You can modify the certificate for a training course or learning path at any time, even after publication. This also includes the ability to adjust configurations such as the score threshold.
These simple steps allow you to efficiently manage certificates for your training courses and learning paths while maintaining maximum flexibility.
