Why create categories?

Categories are essential for managing content effectively. Only administrators can create them, ensuring a uniform classification across the platform.

Benefits of categories :

  • Easy Navigation – Trainers can quickly find the courses they need.

  • Structured Organization – Grouping courses by topics (e.g., Marketing, Personal Development) simplifies management.

  • Clarity & Consistency – A well-defined structure enhances the user experience.

Steps to create categories :

  1. Access the Categorization Section

    • Log in as an administrator.

    • Go to "Trainings" and select "Categories".

  2. Enter the Category Name : Type the name of the category you want to create.

  3. Validate the Category : Cick the "+" button to save the new category.

  4. Repeat as Needed : Follow these steps for each additional category you want to create.
