How to reset your PIN if you get locked out.

If you need to reset your dosh account PIN:

To reset a forgotten PIN, open the Dosh app and navigate to the PIN pad login screen. Select the ‘Forgot?’ option to initiate the PIN reset process. Follow the on-screen instructions to create a new PIN. Once your PIN has been successfully reset, log back into the app using the new PIN.

Dosh locks your account after three consecutive incorrect PIN attempts as a security measure to prevent unauthorized access. If your account gets locked, it may be due to system detection of possible unauthorized use or an error in PIN entry. To regain access, please contact customer support via the Help button or email support@dosh.nz. Our customer service team will verify your identity and help unlock your account.

If you need to reset your dosh Card PIN:

Tap dosh card -> App settings -> Change card PIN

Then follow the prompts to change your card's PIN.

Remember, never disclose your dosh app PIN or dosh card PIN to anyone, and always keep your card securely with you. You can always put an immediate temporary lock on your dosh card via the app should you need to.

  • Double-check your PIN before attempting to enter it.

  • Choose a PIN that is both secure and easy for you to remember.

  • Never share your PIN with anyone to maintain account confidentiality.
