dosh account to bank transfers are processed via the New Zealand banking system, not by dosh. This means dosh account to bank account payments are not in real time like the other dosh transactions.

Weekdays these payments are processed twice daily, at 7am and 5pm, so depending on what time you make the transfer, it will be picked up then. On weekends these payments are processed once daily, at 11:30am.

You can expect most dosh account to bank transfers to arrive within a couple of hours of the above processing times.

It is free to transfer money from your dosh account back into your bank account.

When making a dosh to bank payment from your dosh account, please make sure the money is in your Everyday account for the payment to be successful.
