Check these timeframes to find out when to expect your money to arrive:

Bank transfer to dosh account

Transfers from your bank to your Dosh account are available 7 days a week, including weekends, ensuring seamless access to your funds even on non-business days.

  • 7 days a week, you can expect your bank transfer to arrive in your dosh account within 1-2 hours during processing hours (9am-9pm NZT), as long as you have entered your mobile number (without spaces) in your bank's payment reference field. Find instructions to bank transfer top-up in your dosh app.

  • Transfers initiated outside the 9am-9pm NZT processing window will be processed the following morning.

  • If it has not arrived, send us a message in-app or to contact@dosh.nz so the team can resolve for you.

Windcave to dosh account

Adding money with Windcave is instant, 24/7. There are a couple of exceptions to this:

  • If you attempt to add two identical amounts within a 12 hour period to your dosh account via Windcave, only the first will go through instantly. The second amount will be processed and in your account by midday of the next business day.

  • On very rare occasions, your Windcave top-up might be impacted by temporary internet connectivity issues. Please let us know if your Windcave top-up has not arrived.

Dosh account to bank account transfers

Processing for Dosh-to-bank transfers occurs once daily, providing consistent service even on weekends.

  • Dosh account to bank transfers are processed via the New Zealand banking system, not by dosh. This means dosh account to bank account payments are not in real time like the other dosh transactions. Transfers are processed twice daily on weekdays at 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM NZT. On weekends, transfers are processed once daily at 11:30 AM NZT. Funds generally arrive in your bank account within a couple of hours following the relevant processing time.
