You are in control of your dosh card. You can manage your security settings simply from within your dosh app.

If you misplace your dosh card, we recommend you open the app, tap on 'Card' and and toggle on 'Temporary Lock'.

If your dosh card shows up in a jeans pocket or down the side of the couch, you can simply go back into your app to unlock it by toggling Temporary Lock off.

If your card is lost or stolen, simply tap on 'Lost or Stolen' from with the Card section of your dosh app, and follow the steps to cancel and order a replacement card.

Please note, there is a $15 replacement card fee.
