If you have misplaced your card, we strongly recommend you put a temporary lock on it. You can do this from the Card section of your dosh Everyday account. Just toggle the Temporary Lock button to the right.
Then, check jeans pockets, down the side of the couch, the car or anywhere it may have been inadvertently left. If it shows up, great! Just toggle Temporary Lock back over to the left.
If you still can't find it, follow the steps in your dosh app to cancel your card and order a replacement. There is a $15 replacement fee.
If your card has been stolen, please cancel your card immediately and report this via the app. The dosh team will contact you for more information.
Please note, your replacement card will have a new number, so you'll need to update any saved dosh card details online (e.g. your Uber or Countdown Online account).
