As of 15 December 2023, Dosh has implemented a convenience fee of $0.70 when you instantly add money to your Dosh account instantly via Windcave.
As Dosh has been growing over the last couple of years, we have been wearing the cost of the Windcave fee to be able provide Dosh users to instantly add money to their Dosh account. And, as we continue to grow to Dosh, adding more features and products to help Dosh users with their money management and journey, we need to pass this small cost on to be able to do so.
Don't forget, adding money to your Dosh account via Bank Transfer is free and super easy. Bank Transfers only take a couple of steps to set up and you can expect your money to arrive at your Dosh account within 1-2 hours, 7 days a week. Yes, even on the weekend!
Some tips to make adding money via Bank Transfer easier:
Save Dosh as a payee in your banking app
Set up an automatic payment to add money to your Dosh account each time you get paid by your employer
Make sure your Dosh notifications are turned on so you can receive notification that your money has arrived
