Step 1 - Log into your DragonFly account and open the profile of the desired person.

Step 2 - Scroll down and click the percentage done indicator (will be either a red circle saying "Get Ready" or a green circle saying "Ready").

This will open the list of requirements you will need to complete to be eligible for participation. Click on the button to the right of each item to complete the requirement.
