Creating your first invoice

In Duranta you can create an invoice from scratch or convert a proposal into an invoice with one click.

1. Tap the plus button and select “Invoice”

Option 2: Tap on "Invoices" then tap on the plus button

2. Tap “Choose a client”

Select a client from your Duranta CRM or you can create a new client from scratch

3. Add Items to your invoice.

Give items a name, and enter in a price

Choose your pricing unit and quantity if relevant

💡Pro tip: you can save a lot of time by saving Services to your Favorites. The invoice will automatically pull in all the pricing information for you.

💡Note: you can add a unit (e.g. acre, square foot, cubic yard, etc.)

4. Choose the tax rate

Include any description that you would like to show up on the invoice.

💡Pro tip: you can add snippets into your invoices if you want them to have legal or other language.

5. Tap Done - your invoice is now a draft, it has not yet been sent

When you are ready to send it, tap to view it.

6. Tap on Preview to make sure the invoice looks correct.

7. Track the invoice activity history

You can see when it was opened and paid directly in the invoice itself
