1. Tap the plus button and select “Invoice”
Option 2: Tap on the "Invoices" icon
2. Tap on “Choose a client”.
Select a client from Duranta's CRM, or you can create a new client from scratch
3. Add Items to your invoice
Give the client a name, and enter in a price
Choose your pricing unit and quantity if relevant
💡Pro tip: you can save a lot of time by saving Services to your Favorites. The invoice will automatically pull in all the pricing information for you.
💡Note: adding a unit (e.g. acre, sq foot, cu yard, etc.) is optional, however you need to enter it if you want it to show up in your invoice.
4. Choose the tax rate
Include any description that you would like to show up on the invoice
💡Pro tip: you can add snippets into your invoices if you want them to have legal or other language.
5. Tap Done - your invoice is now a draft, it has not yet been sent
When you are ready to send it, tap to view it
6. Click on Preview to make sure the invoice looks correct
Click share to send your invoice
7. Track the invoice activity history
You can see when it has been opened, paid, and more directly in the invoice itself
