How to find and cancel an order

If you need to cancel an order that's already processed and paid for, you can easily do so.

There are two ways to cancel an order:

1) If the order hasn't been processed yet, you can at any time cancel it by clicking the Cancel order at the bottom of the order summary on the right hand side.

2) If you need to cancel an order that has been processed, you can follow these steps:

  • Navigate to Orders in the left side menu

  • Find the order you want to cancel by looking through the list (the most recent order is at the top of the list), or by searching for it in the search bar (customer name, e-mail or phone number).

  • Click on Cancel order to cancel the order.

    • If it was paid by credit card, the payment will automatically be returned to the customers account.

    • If it was paid in cash, you have to manually pay the customer back in cash.
