Background: capturing customer emails and phone numbers are critical so you can communicate with them as they arrive to your event.
Make email (and phone number) mandatory on checkout
Go to Settings > Checkout & Accounts. Under “Customer contact method”, select “Email”
Scroll a bit further down. Under “Customer information > Shipping address phone number”, select “Required”
Capturing these details in your emails
Go to Settings > General > Email Notifications
There are two fields to add to your emails {{customer_email}} and {{customer_phone}}
Add these details with a <br/> tag at the end
Update your confirmation, modification, and reminder emails.
Click Save.
Edit Customer's Email and Phone Number in Booking
Did your customer make a booking, but make a mistake on their details? Now you can edit the customer name, email, or phone number right in the app!
Head to the Bookings tab > Click on the booking > click 'Edit' on the right and you can change those details directly.
