Background: capturing customer emails and phone numbers are critical so you can communicate with them as they arrive to your event.
Make email (and phone number) mandatory on checkout
Go to Settings > Checkout.
Under “Customer contact method”, select “Email”. This makes email required
Scroll a bit further down. Under “Customer information > Shipping address phone number”, select “Required”. This makes phone required.
Surfacing these details in your emails
Go to Settings > Email & Text Settings
Click Edit Confirmation Email
There are two fields to add to your emails {{customer_email}} and {{customer_phone}}
Add these details in
Update your confirmation, modification, and reminder emails.
Click Save.
Edit Customer's Email and Phone Number in Booking
Did your customer make a booking, but make a mistake on their details? You can edit the customer name, email, or phone number right in the app!
Head to the Bookings tab > Click on the booking > click the pencil icon to edit and change those details directly.
