With multiple teams to support your event, you have flexibility to offer how you want to present your services to customers. In this example, chefs Coach Ray and Jane have services Teaching and Cooking
Option A: Customer chooses the service, then the instructor (demo)
Create one event for your service.
Add an availability for each instructor (Ray and Jane)
On the Event > Availability > Availability Options let the customer select the team member
The customer can now select the service, then the team member
What if I don’t want the customer to select the instructor?
This shows all available timeslots to book first and the app will assign the timeslot to the available instructor at random.
Option B: Customer chooses the instructor, then the service (demo)
This is ideal if the instructor is generally known to the customer that influence their decision to make a booking. This is also ideal if instructors have different prices.
Create one event for each instructor, with variants for the service, and specify the prices from Shopify Admin > Products.
Set up calendars for each variant (ie. Cooking with Ray)
Add an availability on that event for each instructor
