Setting minimum and maximum number of attendees

Configure your events to handle a minimum or maximum number of attendees per timeslot

When you set up the event, you can enter the max # of attendees per timeslot.

  • If your attendees equals 1, this means the customer will select a time and check out without adding attendees. One attendee takes up one timeslot

  • If your attendees are greater than 1, after your customer selects a time they will be prompted to add the number of attendees they wish to bring to the event

  1. How do I set a minimum attendee?

From the dashboard, click on "Edit" for the event, then go to the "Advanced" tab. Scroll to the "Booking Management" section and set the "Minimum Number of Attendees per Time Slot per Booking." Finally, click "Update Advanced Settings" to save the changes.

2. How do I set a maximum across all bookings?

On manage event, you can set a maximum of attendees per timeslot. Under "Edit" Event, Advanced, check this box and enter your max bookings per day. Then, click "Update Advanced Settings" to save the changes.
