The following summarizes different event types to get you started!

Services at multiple locations

Examples: Car servicing, massages, activities, training, classes. Demo

Experience: Customer selects the location, selects a time, pays and checks out. They receive an email with the appointment and location details. You get a new booking in the app along with an associated Shopify Order.

Set up: On the product have two variants for each location, then one event for each variant. See more here

In-store visits at a location (ie. shopping)

Example: Pop Up Shops, Studio Visits. Demo

Experience: Customer selects a time, confirms the booking without checking out. They receive an email with the appointment and location details while you get a new booking in the app

Private appointments that can accommodate multiple guests

Examples: Farm Tours, Cooking Classes, Personal Training. Demo

Experience: Customer selects number of guests, selects a time, pays and checks out. They receive an email containing the appointment details and location while you get a new booking in the app.

Virtual phone or video consultations

Examples: Online therapy sessions, video interviews, coaching. Demo

Set up: One product, use links section of event for meeting link OR use Google Meet

Restaurants Reservations

Experience: Customer chooses what type of table they are seated at, selects a time, and checks out. They receive an email containing the appointment and location details

Setup: Make each table / counter the availability, since this is the resource that is limited based on number of guests

Rentals

Examples: Room Rentals for Parties, Equipment Rentals

Experience: Customer selects a time and checks out. They receive an email containing the appointment and location details

Setup: Make each entity (the room, the equipment) as the availability, since this is the resource that is limited based on number of guests
