Efficiently managing your event bookings involves assigning the right availability or team members to each event. Easy Appointment Booking streamlines this process, allowing you to create Availabilities and link them to your Events. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to assign availability or team members to an event:


1) From the dashboard, click on "Edit" next to the event you want to modify. Scroll down to the "Availability" section within the event settings.

2) Click on "Add or Remove Availability" and a pop up will appear. Uncheck the existing availability and check the box next to the availability or team member you want to assign to the event.

3) Click "Add to Event" to save your changes. Your event is now saved with the new availability
