This article is for team members for the Shopify merchant to access bookings and schedules using Easy Appointment Booking.
How do I access the Team Portal?
As a team member, you can access the team portal, the link is:
Only team members who have been assigned a seat are able to login to the Team Portal. Please ensure your Shopify administrator has given you a seat.

Registration Instructions
Once the administrator adds you as a team member, login credentials will be sent to your email address.
Help! I was invited as a team member but didnât receive an invite! What do I do?
As long as you were assigned by the Shopify business owner in the app, then go to https://servicify-appointments.herokuapp.com/team-viewer and click Reset Password :)

When clicking on âAccess the Team Portalâ, you can use that to set a password.
If you didnât receive an email, you also click âReset Passwordâ once you arrive at the team portal website, see below. This will give you the same email as shown above.
2. Once you click âAccess the Team Portalâ, you can set your password, then log in.
3. Now you can log in and manage your bookings and schedule.
