In easyRates there is a feature to detect product weights that are not configured.
easyRates requires product weight to calculate the shipping fee and products.
If a product weight is not configured on the product, easyRates will not be able to automatically calculate shipping rates.
Please try a detection before using easyRates.
There is a bell emoji at the upper right corner of the app and by clicking that, the detection form will pop up.
After clicking the bell, a popup following should show up. Please click "start detection" to start.
After the scan has ended, a "View" button to check the items will pop up.
Please click it and check any items that do not have any product weight.
