What does 'frozen' experience mean?

Learn why your experience is frozen and what to do in case you need to edit it

If you see a tag on your experience that says "Frozen", it means this experience is published on our partner's network, as a result you are not able to modify certain fields.

The fields you can still edit are:

  • Special Diets

  • Number of guests (min/max)

  • Calendar (except price)

In case you need to edit anything else, contact your community manager or support@eatwith.com
