There are two distinct booking acceptance processes: experiences with instant booking and those where the host confirmation is required.
When an experience offers instant booking, your reservation is promptly confirmed. You will see the following sign when an experience offers instant booking:
In cases where the booking requires host approval, the host has a 72-hour window to respond. In the event of no response, the booking will expire, and an immediate refund process will be initiated. Please note that it may take 3 to 5 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
