Navigate to "My Reservations."
Choose the appropriate category, either "Confirmed Bookings" or "Requested Bookings."
Locate the booking you wish to cancel and click on "Cancel booking."
In order to receive your refund, always cancel your booking through the platform using the steps mentioned above, rather than sending a direct message to the host.
