You are able to change your reservation details until 1 day before your reservation. 

For App Users:
Please select your reservations tab and select your reservation. Press 'change reservation details'
You can also cancel your reservation until 1 day before your check-in date. 

For Browser users:

Please select 'reservation details' from the menu screen and select your reservation. Press 'Change reservation details / Cancel reservation'

*Canceled reservations will be refunded within 3-4 days. Refund periods may take longer depending on the card used and other factors. 

* You cannot cancel your reservation on the day of your check-in. You do not have to deposit your luggage, however your payment will not be refunded.
