When you arrive at your shop, please show the shop staff your reservation screen from your ecbo cloak menu, or your reservation confirmation email. The shop staff will check-in your bags by taking a photo of your luggage. All you have to do is retrieve you luggage at your reserved check-out time! Please show the staff your reservation screen when you check-out as well. 

For select locations, the shop staff will scan a QR code shown on your screen instead.
