You can cancel your reservation for free until 1 day before your reservation.

You cannot cancel your reservation on the day of your reservation. You do not have to deposit your bags, but your reservation fee will not be refunded. 

If you have accidentally created duplicate reservations on the day of your reservation, please contact support to receive a refund.
